Tulum, the only Mayan city on the coast of the Yucatan peninsula, and was used as a commercial port and exchange, is located 50 km to the south of Playa del Carmen
Tulum is one of the main tourist attractions in the Yucatan Peninsula and one of the best preserved Mayan archaeological sites.
After Tulum we will go to the Yaxmuul Cenotes and experience the wonderful feeling of plunging into a crystal clear cenote inside an ancient cavern, swiming through stalactites, stalagmites and columns. After you will have the oportunity to participate in a Purification Mayan ceremony by a real Chaman. We will spend arround two our in Yaxmuul Cenotes. h
If you like after the Cenote swim we can take you to Playa del Carmen Hotel zone (Playacar) downtown and stop ath fifth avenue for shopping or lunch having 2 extra hours of time, please add it on for $5 USD per person.
